CASE MANAGEMENT

 

Cisco’s Case Managers are legally trained to analyse the matter brought forward, liaise with operatives, authorities (including KPDNHEP and PDRM) and legal partners and recommend further steps in the case.

 

Cisco will first gather all information in relation to the case. This information will be analysed and evidence will be identified.

A narrative chain will be established. Any criminal acts, laws, and relevant authorities will be identified and analysed.

Finally, Cisco will submit a report with relevant authorities and liaise with them in order to ensure the case progresses towards a conclusion.
